What JPG to PDF does
Select one or many JPG photos and the tool builds a PDF with one image per page, in the order you chose them. Each JPG is embedded as-is — the original bytes, no re-encoding — so there is no quality loss and the PDF is roughly the size of the photos combined. It is the fastest way to turn phone photos of a document, a set of receipts or a scanned batch into the single PDF that a portal, an employer or an accountant asks for. Everything runs in your browser; the photos never leave your device.
How the pages come out

Viewers and printers scale the oversized pages to the paper automatically. If you specifically need A4 or Letter pages with margins, run the result through Resize PDF Pages.
Getting the order right
Phone cameras name files sequentially (IMG_2041.jpg, IMG_2042.jpg), so photos taken in order come out in order. If you have renamed files or are mixing sources, prefix the names with numbers before selecting, or fix the sequence afterwards with Reorder PDF Pages.
Before you convert
- Crop and straighten document photos first (Image Cropper) so the page is the paper, not the table around it.
- Shrink big photos. Ten 12-megapixel images make a 30–40 MB PDF. Resize to about 1,600 px on the long edge for a crisp on-screen document at a tenth of the size, or run Compress PDF afterwards.
- Rotate sideways shots beforehand, or use Rotate PDF on the result.
